BEING A LEADER
Being a leader is never about how much you wanted to be a leader.
In my opinion, through all the years of leading such a big community like Ukulele Viet which constantly changes and requires so much flexibility and communicating, Leader is all about how much you think about other people that'll do.
I have never been to any Ukulele class nor known anything about musical instruments.
My knowledge about music was kind of Zero and i didn't even have a single relationship with people in the field.
I built the community because back then i was a loner playing Ukulele by my own while other people played guitars and cajons. Everyday i taught myself to play with Youtube and it was surprisingly easy so i thought: "OK, Why not?"
I learnt that giving true values to others in a way that also inspire them, you could consider yourself to be in the position of a pretty good leader..

* First Ukulele page created in VietNam

* Offline events every weekends.

One of my best volunteering experiences is Earth Hour 2013. We had a big team of 63 people working days and nights to prepare for the event. It was AWESOME! I love ALL of them!
The picture was made out of 2000 used bottles and originally designed by me. The bottles were hot glued and roped together to create a surface we could paint on. We didn't expect it would look so GREAT!!
That was the very first lesson of leadership to me. I was taught to appreciate team spirit and how to protect the Earth from pollution.

MY DAILY ACHIEVEMENTS

I have started to practise Aikido since i had eyes surgery in 2012.
From then on, i promised myself to practise Aikido everyday.
I'm very happy to learn such a powerful yet loving Japanese martial Arts.
2012 I joined IEC, a very strong organization of the college i was attending. Pretty pumped up by what they had been doing to the students i took the test and was admitted a member in the same year.
The club holds all kinds of events, talkshows and even music shows. The audiences are ofcourse the students of COFER college. It was a GREAT chance to meet awesome speakers and motivationers in the city. I was pretty proud and happy at the time.
I was a member of media group so my work were creating videos, trailers, sometimes making posters, editing music tracks for radio channale of IEC. During events, i took photos and videos for the club's website. Sometimes i did run as crewman.
Yeah! It was A LOT of work for a first year student!

2015 i and 3 other friends found HARA
Original idea was to form a group that shares how we think that can change people' lives and so somehow, make the world a better place.
